Position: Functional Application Manager / Business Analyst CRM           
 
Company Information
The Projects & Support department is responsible for implementing, managing and maintaining the applications being used by the dealer sales man and to manage the overall Sales Process. We are looking for additional support in the area of the Customer Relation Management System and the Integrated sales tool, where package deals are offered to our customer for a Truck, Repair & Maintenance Contracts and/or Lease contract.
 
Objective & Main tasks:
1. To support the current CRM Functional Application Manager with User & System support (Main focus in first 3-6 months):
• User support and incidents handling.
• User Management.
• Testing new releases and data loads.
2. To perform business analysis for improving the CRM and Integrated sales process’s further with respect to efficiency and market share (will start in the course of 2nd quarter of the assignment period):
• Make a sound and thorough analysis of complex business processes in order to establish the as-is situation and analyse the situation for areas of improvement.
• Advise management in relation to business process changes, including prioritising with management for best possible solutions of cost reduction, efficiency and effectiveness improvements.
• Translate the approved business processes into business requirements for the IT design & development team.
• Review functional designs developed by IT and coordinate the user test within the user organisation.
• Responsible for implementation of new/changed business processes, developing related desk procedures, work instructions and training.
 
Requirements:
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in IT with (re)design of business processes and systems.
• Minimum a Bachelor degree in Business Science/Economics or similar education and level.
• Knowledge of and experience with CRM365.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse complex processes combined with an ability to provide alternatives and solutions. Six Sigma lean or green belt is a pre.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and team player skills. Hands on person that drives to deliver.
• Fluent in Dutch & English, oral and written. German is a pre.
• Knowledge of and experience with automotive products, services, procedures, business processes and systems is a pre.
