- At least 3 years experience as a project lead
- people manager
- Able to delegate without losing control
- Able to oversee all changes and priotization

Competenties:
- Out of the box thinking
- Show backbone (defending the voice of Finance, being able to escalate or stop if necessary)
- being a sparringspartner
- challenging questions (5 times why)


Opdracht:
Lead the change team within Finance Mortgages. We have a lot of change projects of which the biggest one is the implementation of a new reporting system (risk & finance combined) within the whole ABN AMRO Bank.
Mortgages is frontrunner in this project and could be an example for all other subsidiaries.
The change team exist of one internal and two external employees.
The team lead divides the workload and has an overview off all changes and prioritisation.
The team lead will participate in the biggest projects.
The world of the finance employee is changing fast.
The team lead change is also able to help the finance organisation with the new way of thinking that is required in this "new world".
Within Finance we work as an open and honest team.
We listen to eachother and respond with respect.
We are working according to the Yello concept (i.e. flex desks).
  
 With the following results (SMART)   
- New reporting system is in place and we are parallel running
- Finance employees are aware of the changes and know how they can act on that
- Regulatory changes are implemented in time so that we are able to report as requested
- Manual labour replaced with robotization

It is our intention to hire the team lead for a longer period then mentioned above when the candidate has shown us that he / she is suitable for the job.
