Duties and responsibilities
We are looking for a person who can talk to the business people of our customer and transform their requirements and needs into the Salesforce solution. Someone who is a driving force for making sure that the customer gets what he wants, but also to explain the customer what is possible, and even what Salesforce can do that he was not even aware of.
Who is able to verify that the implementation indeed corresponds to the customer requirements and is in line with overall strategy and that interaction of various Salesforce modules runs smoothly.

• Verify that the solution fulfills the customer requirements

The ideal candidate holds a natural interest in customer business processes and an ability to describe these processes and turn them into functional requirements to be implemented by Salesforce and the other solution components integrated with Salesforce. He/ she has good skills to discuss and present requirements, analysis and solutions with the Atos team and to the customer stakeholders in a convincing manner. Someone who is able to direct the functional design, guide junior colleagues in their work and review the solution implemented by Project and Application management teams, to ensure that the solution design proposal was implemented correctly and best practices were followed.

You should bring solid background in Sales Force. You completed a number of large implementations, upgrades and possess a good understanding of service delivery. You bring significant experience of business process consultancy.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Preferable certified Advanced Administrator
• Certified Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud Consultant
• Experience with Lightning is a pre
• Execution of workshops to validate and define relevant end-to-end processes and use cases and extract the affected process steps
• Enrich the existing process definitions with industry best-practices and examples to improve the business value of the future solution
• Validation and review of the existing business requirements and deduction of new and additional requirements from the process design
• Support create/ refine user stories
• Create/ validate user acceptance test cases
• Ability to fluent communicate with the customer in Dutch
• Working in Agile environment

Classification Classification criteria
Junior Employee has limited experience, usually <2 years, in his/her role or the tasks currently being performed for T-MOBILE or the role does not require in-depth knowledge and entails limited complexity and responsibility.
The project or activity is normally carried out in the local environment and is of limited international relevance.
Medior Employee has average experience, usually between two and 5 years, in his/her role or the tasks performed for T-MOBILE or the role and task require good but not exceptional expertise.
Activities entail average complexity and responsibility and require independent work.
Projects may be carried our nationally or internationally.
Senior Employee has long-term experience in his role or tasks performed for T-MOBILE
This role requires excellent, exceptional expertise.
Activities are highly complex and the consultant has full responsibility for his/her field of activity and carrying out his/her tasks successfully.
Normally, this skill level is used in major national and international projects and covers a number of different fields of activity or business owners.
