The work environment

You will join the 'Personnel Administration' team, HRM Services NL (4 employees). In addition to the Personnel Administration, the HRM Services department also consists of the Payroll Administration. HRM Services is the desk for employees and managers where they can ask questions regarding HR processes and procedures. HRM Services is also the point of contact for HR Business Partners.
HRM Services focuses on:

 

•     Personnel Administration;

•     Payroll Administration;

•     HR systems for the Personnel- and Payroll administration;

•     Information provision about HR related topics;

•     Reporting HR key figures.

 

Next to HRM Service, the HRM department consists of the divisions Compensation & Benefits, Learning and Development, Recruitment and the HR Advise organization (HR Business Partners). The HRM Service department works as a professional HR team that supports the organization with a great deal of enthusiasm.

What will be your job?

You will process the HR administration regarding the life cycle of employees and provide reliable information to employees, HR Business Partners and management, for EquensWorldline NL. You have a customer-oriented and proactive supporting role.

 

As an HRM Services employee, you contribute to an efficient and customer-oriented HRM department. You guarantee data integrity and represent HRM Services in a professional manner. All questions, via e-mail, by telephone or face to face, are answered by you in an professional way. In addition, you execute the HR administration correctly, on time and completely. Finally, you enjoy working in a team and believe teamwork contributes to ensure that the department functions efficient and customer-oriented. You guarantee quality, speed, accuracy and reliability.

 

You actively contribute to develop the department, its working methods and the service that the department provides. Together with your colleagues you create a positive working atmosphere.

 

We also want to use your expertise when it comes to:

•     Being the first point of contact for all the HR mutations and HR-related questions;

•     Processing all personnel mutations and ensure a correct salary in the HR-system taking into account the CLA and local law and regulation;

•     Drafting contracts and autonomously performing calculations and checks the correct application of employment conditions and providing information on requests;

•     Managing and monitoring the personnel files;

•     Supporting the HR Business Partners with the preparation of reports or calculations;

•     attention for developments or trends, bottlenecks in the HR administration, -processes or –systems, providing solutions for improvement and project-based cooperation to the implementation of the solutions;

•     Back-up for international colleagues (teams) of HRM Services.

 

What do you have to offer?

·         Intermediate vocational education;

·         Knowledge of HR-processes, (financial-) administrative processes

·         Knowledge of social regulations, labor law and application of tax regulations

·         Experience with diverse programs like MS-Office, diverse HR-systems and knowledge of SAP HR and ADP;

·         Experience with projects focused on HR processes and implementation of (modules of) HR-systems;

·         Being customer- and result-oriented, accurate and integer, good in planning and organizing;

·         Fluently in Dutch and English (conversation and writing).
