As Product Manager E-Payment (m/f/d), you are responsible for the products of the Service Center "Identity Trust & Authentication" (ITA) at our Frankfurt location in direct coordination with our customers, our sales department and also global delivery units. We offer our services and solutions in the field of 3D Secure, PSD2 / strong authentication and mobile payment.

• You plan product launches and / or extensions and support their implementation. In this context, you write the needed requirements documents and discuss planned and desired product developments in collaboration with our sales colleagues, our customers and the global ITA teams.
• Close communication with the Global Service Center ITA in France is the basis for successful cooperation in the international team.
• In addition, you skillfully take on the coordination and management of tasks that result from daily business and from projects.
• The analysis of orders regarding their effort and their effects on internal processes is also part of your area of ​​responsibility.
• You advise and support external and internal clients in problem definitions and point out adequate alternative solutions.
• To a certain extent, you are also involved in daily operations (ITIL processes): Incident Management, Change / Release Management.
• You assist in creating specifications and documentation for ITA products and services.
