Business Analyst
 
"Key activities are:
• Perform analysis of business and user needs
• Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives
• Thoroughly document requirements and use cases in support of projects and initiatives
• Evaluate most business implications of technology on the current business environment
• Mentors less experienced Business System Analysts
• Assist Product Owners with system documentation
• Must be able to prioritize, organize, and assess work
• Must be familiar with and comply with laws, regulations, internal policies and procedures that are applicable to required job duties
Your technology stack consists of:
• Generic understanding of IT
• Identity Governance & Administration products (One Identity)
• Strong focus on IT security
• Comfortable with conversations concerning business use, process flow and technical functionality
• Agile, scrum and DevOps

Our core Identity & Access Management team brings talented people together to ensure that authorised people get access to the right resources at the right time. Our department comprises of about 120 colleagues in a variety of roles, including; Engineers, IAM Consultants, Implementation Managers, Operation Officers.

Customer focus, result driven, strong analytical skills are essential for the role of Business Analyst. You have a self-starting attitude, strong communication skills and organizational sensitivity. You are trained to effectively apply business analysis methods and best practices. You have the ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
In addition, it is important that you recognise everything in the checklist below:
• Educated to bachelor / master level
• Five – ten years’ experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in a complex environment
• Preferred certified Agile basics
• Experience with business analysis methods and best practices;
