Now it is time to make it official. One of our contract managers will contact you and explain all actions that need to be taken and will provide you with all necessary documents.

The contracting desk of Blue Force Alliance takes care of all procedures and administrative processes to guarantee compliancy and smooth invoicing.

You will receive among other things:

  • a letter of introduction, 
  • several working instructions and code of conduct, 
  • the invoicing procedure, 
  • a manual for time registration. 

Timely time registration is very important because only approved hours are eligible for invoicing. On this page, you can find the contact information of our contract management desk.
