Staffing Management Services B.V. (Staffing MS) as manager of the hiring process through this application, attaches great importance to protecting the privacy of users. We strive to provide a secure user experience. This statement is intended to inform you about how we use personal data that you provide through this website. The statement does not apply to data that we collect in any other way.

Staffing MS complies with the legislation for the protection of personal data. This legislation regulates the processing of data relating to you and gives you various rights with regard to your personal data. Staffing MS is NEN 4400 certified and is audited for this every six months. NEN 4400 also includes protecting user privacy.

Processing of personal data
Staffing MS requests that you provide personal data, including your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and documents from which your identity can be retrieved.

We do not disclose personal information about you or information about your use of the website (such as the areas you visit or the services you access) to third parties, except as provided below.

We may disclose your information to third parties if you agree to this disclosure. For example, if you respond to an assignment with a resume, the administrator and the client (manager / P&O officer) of this assignment will have access to the resume. We may disclose such information to companies and individuals that we employ to perform duties on our behalf.

The tasks performed on our behalf include hosting our web servers, analyzing data and providing customer service, managing assignments. These companies and individuals will have access to your personal data to the extent necessary to perform their duties, but they may not share this data with other third parties or use this data for any other purpose.

Staffing MS retains control and responsibility for all data that is shared in this way. We may disclose such information if required to do so by law, or if requested by a government agency or regulatory authority, or if we believe in good faith that it is necessary to: (a) comply with a legal requirement or a subpoena; (b) protect the rights or property of the participants; (c) prevent a crime or protect state security; or (d) protect the personal safety of users or the public.

You can change or completely delete all your data from our system at any time.

Safety
Staffing MS has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, modification or disclosure. Notwithstanding these measures, the internet remains an open system, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never succeed in circumventing these measures or using your personal data for improper purposes. We are not responsible for the use made of resumes by third parties who access these resumes while they are in our searchable database. You can remove your resume from our searchable database at any time; via your account settings. However, it remains possible that the participants, and parties who have gained access to the database in another way, have kept a copy of your resume in their own files or databases. We are not responsible for the storage, use or privacy of resumes or profiles in these cases. When you provide us with data from a reference or a candidate, it is your responsibility to ensure that this person knows that you have forwarded his / her data and have given you written permission to do so.
